Thomas K. Langbein
Chairman of the Board
Thomas Langbein has been affiliated with Dialysis Corporation
of America since 1980, when he was appointed Chairman of the
Board. Until recently, he was Chairman of the Board and CEO
of Medicore Inc., which was acquired in 2005. He is also President
of Todd & Company, Inc., a broker-dealer registered with the
Securities and Exchange Commission and a member of the NASDAQ.
Stephen W. Everett
President & CEO
Stephen Everett has been affiliated with the company since
1998. From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Everett was a Vice President
with the renal care division of Vivra, Inc., the second largest
provider of dialysis services in the United States, responsible
for oversight, deal structuring, physician recruitment and
practice management. Mr. Everett held similar responsibility
in 1998 in his affiliation with Renal Physician Partners,
engaged in consulting and management in the renal healthcare
field. He has a total of over 20 years involvement in the
healthcare industry.
Thomas P. Carey
Vice President, Operations
Tom Carey joined the company in 2007. Mr. Carey has more
than 20 years experience in the management of multi-site healthcare
operations, most recently as an executive with Sutter Health.
Prior affiliations included serving as Vice President of Operations
for Healthsouth and Senior Vice President of Operations for
Readicare, a west coast operator of Occupational Medical Clinics.
Andrew Jeanneret
Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Andrew Jeanneret joined DCA in July 2007 as Vice President
of Finance and earlier this year was appointed our Chief Financial
Officer. Prior to DCA, Mr. Jeanneret worked in corporate finance
in several healthcare related companies, both public and private,
in the pharmaceutical, life science and medical device industries.
Mr. Jeanneret began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He is a certified public accountant with a graduate degree
from George Washington University and an undergraduate degree
from Boston College.
Daniel R. Ouzts
Vice President, Finance
Dan Ouzts, a certified public accountant, joined DCAs
prior parent, Medicore, in 1980 as Controller of its plasma
division. In 1983 he became Controller of the company and
Dialysis Corporation of America, as well as Treasurer of Medicore,
and in 1986 became Vice President of Finance of Medicore.
In June, 1996, Mr. Ouzts was appointed Vice President and
Treasurer of Dialysis Corporation of America.
Joanne Zimmerman, RN, CNN
Vice President, Clinical Services
Joanne Zimmerman has been affiliated with the company since
1997, responsible for establishing and monitoring the clinical
quality standards of the company, as well as oversight of
clinical operations. Ms. Zimmerman has been a practicing clinical
RN since 1975 with a focus in renal care since 1988. She is
a member of the American Nephrology Nurses Association and
a Certified Nephrology Nurse.
